Payments can be made by:
International Bank Transfer
Make your bank transfer and email us a copy of the transfer documents approximately two weeks before You’re scheduled to arrive, plus a supplement of $10 for bank charges. Bank details will be forwarded to you once we acknowledge receipt of your booking form.
Cash payments
For you to make cash payments, please arrange to arrive in Uganda during the day, at least before 5pm (EAT). Cancellations should be made a week in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will be subjected to a week’s worth payment.
